Ywanda - She's more than just a Web master, she's precious. Come by
anytime....(oh, you left your cup)
Jazzy - Good to finally meet you and your lovely wife...Your people really
made an impression on my son

Meli (Melinda) -- If you ever have a party, invite Melinda, this child knows
how to have fun.
Sandra -- (Mama), y'all Sandra Jones has a heart big as the sky, and is a
lovely person to be around, my home is your home.
Pam - What a senual, beautiful young lady...(Now I see why they call her
*Sunshine*)
DJ -- What would a party be without DJ? blood road the bus just to join us..many
props.
Roz and Dalton --- The Newlyweds....(you want what?)...smile..quality people.

I hope you feel better, before I answer your questions I thought about Jazzy's comment on how "spunky" you are, never don't loose that. More than one person said..."I wish Porcia could have come"..so you were missed. Anyways....
How was the weather? Cool for Texas in August, low 90s...usually it's 100F or above..
The football game, who won? The Cowboys...on to the Super Bowl..(okay it's too early)
Meli did you meet David-how was that? That? So what are you asking Porcia?...hmmmm..(only joking) I'll let Ms. Johnson answer this one...
How was the Jazz club? We never made it to the Jazz club, change of plans..
Did you all party or what? Yep we partied and there was some "or what"
Did yall toast for those who couldn't make it? uuuhhh...sure we did, I think??? Did we? Did I mention that more than one person said: "I wish Porcia could have come"?...*smile*
So how's DJ???? *giggle*
Hope things are all good with him. *laughing* Again only joking. DJ made it Saturday, he's working for Compaq.

I told you this girl could hang, (although she's probably sleep now)...thanks again to all you wonderful folks. You know I got little preacher in me so here's my sermon. I think that those came to our gathering were ordain to be there by the Heavenly Father...I know some might say "shoot Rick i was just looking for a MAN", but, (giggle), it was deeper than that.
Talk about family, were are truly a family, made up of people, of different ages and backgrounds.

Good Morning/Afternoon AASNET,
I see the accolades have already begun for those responsible for the Unofficial AASNET gathering in Dallas. Here's my list! I would like to send a special thanks to the Dallas Crew. You guys/girls did a wonderful job and yes, Rick, we had fun.
Rick(most gracious host) Thanks for bringing together this very impressive group of individuals. Your kindness and generosity with your home, family and time is inspirational. May we all be as prosperous and generous as the Jones'
DavidLeeWoods (flowerman) I ain't mad atcha, even though I didn't get so much as a petal ;-) I know I know-- I'm married. Your day will come. Regardless of how flamboyant David may appear, ladies, deep down inside he's a puppy.
Jeffrey (L.S.who) Jossell and Family- they are so adorable. The entire family is beautiful inside and out. Glad I got a peep at Jeffrey the family man, I have a greater respect for him after seeing the glow of fatherhood. Who knows, the AASNET baby maybe a little closer than I originally planned-- NOT
Ywanda- I envied you secretly, just because of my husband's admiration for you. I now understand why he has placed you on such a high pedestal. In the words of the Self-Empowered Gillian Williams, "When I grow up, I want to be like Ywanda"
Gillian (ELECTRIC) Williams- You wondered why I was always smiling atcha when you looked my way? It's because I was reflecting on what a remarkable woman you are. I know you said you're working on yourself. I'd just like to say, "You're doing a darn good job". Your pictures didn't do your beauty justice because it's not just physical.
I hope I didn't miss anybody from the Dallas crew. I'm trying to type this between appointments at work. A later post of kudos to participants to come later.
