Believe it or not, next year's official gathering location is already being discussed. So far Chicago and Washington, DC have thier names in the hat. We'll see...

Hey everybody! I know you have posted tons of mail since the gathering. Unfortunately I can't see anything since I can't be on the list due to server space here at my co. :-( I just wanted to say that I think that the gathering was a great success!
Thanks to all the main local folks....especially the Jones family!! You are too special (I wanna be like them when I grow up)
Yeah, but it was nice meeting all of you guys. everyone was a trip! I guess you all know I did NOT wear the "short shorts" (ah ha I got you)
I also hope you guys had a good time at church and at Pappadeaux. I wasn't feeling too well...that's why i didn't make it out. And for those of you who went to Park Ave. Saturday night (w/o informing Maya and me (Yoli)...we ended up going to GiGi's--as far as we knew that was the last word) I hope you had a good time! even though it would have been cool to hang with you guys your last night here. but that's okay Gigi's was really cool...I ended up meeting a cutie so it was alllll good ;-) Just glad you all got a chance to get a taste of our Southern hospitality.
Oh, was it will Young that was supposed to make it that didn't??? All i got to say bruh is that I'm glad you're okay. I was getting worried thinking something had happened to you...since ppl were saying you were due to arrive. much love, bruh, but you could've called to let your roomie know....
Sandra Jones, is Baltimore the only place they sell the Ethiopian honey wine? that was kinda tasty .
Congrats again Roz and Dalton! (when y'all see pics of us toasting that's what it was for) Can we say next year, Meli and David(?)
Well, I have to go for now. hope to try to get in and at least lurk soon.
Cynthia a.k.a. C.T. (oh that's not the right spelling, is it?)
Hello Everyone, After being off the list much too long, I am happy to say that I am BACK!! I know that there have been several messages posted recently about the Dallas gathering, and I just want to add that we truly had a good time. Kudos to the Dallas Crew for being such good hosts. Also, I'd like to send a special shout out to Rick Jones -- You da MAN!! :) I could go on and on talking about what a wonderful time we had, but I'm sure you've heard everything by now... this might sound a bit cliche but for those of you who couldn't make it, you missed a treat.
No Kenyatta, I was just paraphrasing you, which is what the ladies in Dallas did all weekend. Believe me Brotha, they all agreed with you. I, on the other hand have NEVER seen a fine man in my life. However, I did see more than one lady this weekend I would have loved to gotten to know much better!!
The "FYYYYNNE" was a private joke that only those familiar with your comment would catch. Once again I've been misunderstood. Wasn't the first time, won't be the last, so goes life.
By the way Kenyatta, I wish you could have made it this weekend.
